I don't speak English, can I still contact support?

Yes! Here at EXE Entertainment we have offices in over 15 countries and recruit people from across the world. Whatever you speak our system will recognise it and assign it to a support agent who can speak the same language*. We can certainly speak fluently in the following languages:


- French

- Spanish

- English

- Welsh

- Gaelic (Irish & Scottish)

- Norweigan

- Danish


But if you're language isn't mentioned, don't worry we're still here to help. We use a range of different systems to translate your message however it isn't perfect and there can be some translation errors. As we're expanding, we're adding more agents that can speak different languages so have a look at this page to always see the updated list.
