It says I have ordered something but I haven't.

We have begun using a new system to make the EXE Shop easier and more accessible to use. This means that we have had to change how things work. There may be a number of reasons listed below as to why it says you have ordered something from us. If none of these situations relates to yours, please contact us asap (support@exe-entertainment.com)


You have asked for a Download Reset:



Before we just reset your download permission (to allow you to re-download your product) however now we have changed this.  After contacting customer support and verifying your download reset, you will receive an email saying you have ordered something from us. Please don't worry, this is just us resetting your downloads. 


It may say that you have purchased something, however, if this is a download rest, YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED! Unfornatuley, this is just how we have to reset downloads now, we understand that it isn't ideal but it is the only way to reset your downloads. It may state a charge but IF NOT OTHERWISE STATED you haven't been charged. However, if you are worried that you have been charged, please feel free to reach out so we can solve any problem you may have.


You are classed as a 'Fav-Fan' by a music artist:


Some fans will get access to artists' new music and even free pre-orders*. However, you will have been sent an email at least 24 hours before receiving an order email from us. Once again, it may say that you have been charged but YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED! 


*'Fav-Fan' or 'Fan-Free' is at the artist's discretion, meaning that only a select number of fans will be selected for this.
